While women are our main focus, we realized that to break the poverty cycle we needed to start mentorship programs for the high-schoolers as well as the younger children. Both programs take place over the school holidays.
- For the high-schoolers, we take them through exciting activities including camps, movies, and sports among others, all geared towards holding meaningful conversations in the process.
- For the younger children we invite them for our holiday children craft classes where we also get opportunity to mentor them. This way the children are meaningfully engaged over the holiday and protected from negative influence.
